Role Description The Business Banking Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Kalyan Dombivli. The specialist will manage and grow relationships with business and SME customers, understand their banking requirements, and recommend suitable products and services such as current accounts, cash management solutions, and credit facilities. Daily responsibilities include handling customer queries,



supporting onboarding and documentation, coordinating with internal teams for treasury and transaction services, and monitoring account activity to identify cross-selling opportunities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, preparing basic financial and transactional reports, and maintaining high standards of service quality and professional communication with clients.
Qualifications

• Ability to manage and strengthen business relationships, with strong Business Relationship Management skills.
