About the Role:

We're looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager — not just a media buyer. This person owns acquisition and pipeline end-to-end across paid, search, and lifecycle channels, builds and leads a growing team, and helps the company stay ahead of a rapidly shifting channel landscape, including the rise of AI-mediated discovery. Adaptability, pipeline ownership and AI-tool fluency will be a key differentiator.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Paid Acquisition (foundation, still essential)
• Own Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads end-to-end — with LinkedIn treated as a primary, not secondary, channel for B2B pipeline
• Increasingly manage AI-driven/automated bidding as strategic oversight rather than manual bid management — shifting from “campaign operator” to “campaign architect + AI supervisor”
• Diversify beyond the “big 3” as CAC rises: test Reddit, YouTube Shorts, podcast sponsorships, programmatic/CTV,



and community-led placements (Product Hunt, G2, Capterra)
2. Pipeline & Revenue Ownership (SaaS-specific)
• Be measured on CAC:LTV ratio, payback period, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and marketing-sourced/influenced pipeline — not just ROAS/CTR
• Partner directly with RevOps/Sales on lead scoring, CRM hygiene, and attribution across long, multi-touch B2B sales cycles
• For freemium/trial products: work with Product on in-app lifecycle marketing and trial-to-paid conversion
3. Search & AI Discoverability (the 5-year bet)
• Own SEO today; build AEO/GEO (Answer/Generative Engine Optimization) capability now, as AI assistants become a default research layer
• Structure content and landing pages for machine-readability and citation, not just keyword ranking
4. Team & Systems
• Build and lead a team, starting small and scaling with headcount — hire for adaptability and testing velocity over platform-specific tenure
