? Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Generate new business opportunities across the FMCG / Food & Gourmet Products segment.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to order closure and collections.
• Expand JM Gourmet’s distribution and market presence across assigned territories.
• Conduct market research and track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.




• Coordinate with production, operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regular updates for management.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development activities.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

? Candidate Profile• Experience: 3–7 years in sales / business development, preferably in FMCG, food, gourmet foods, ingredients, or related sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Valuable understanding of distribution channels and B2B/B2C sales.
• Ability to independently manage a territory and develop new markets.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Willingness to travel as required.
