What does the role entail?

With the continued growth of Interview Kickstart and our Sales Organization, we are seeking a Corporate Sales Trainer to join our team in India. As a Sales Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to partner with HR and Sales Leadership to effectively onboard new hires and ensure they are ready to carry quota and be immediately productive.

Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with HR/Recruiting and Sales Leadership to ensure that new hires are mapped into needed areas of the organization aligning the needs of the business with the talents of the new hire individuals
