Social Media Manager - ELVN

About ELVN
ELVN is a premium activewear brand built on understated luxury and performance credibility. We release in monthly drops, run a tight content engine across Instagram, and treat every piece of output- grid, Reels, ads as a brand statement, not a content quota.

The Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own ELVN's day-to-day social presence end to end (strategy, content calendar, execution, and performance). You'll work closely with our founder, our content/creative team, and our face of brand to keep the grid curated, the Reels sharp, and the UGC pipeline feeding paid media.

What You'll Do
• Own the content calendar, mapped to our monthly drop cycle (new releases on the 11th) and ambassador/collab activations
• Curate the Instagram grid to a consistent, premium visual standard brand-first, never cluttered
• Plan and produce Reels around collabs, ambassador UGC, and behind-the-scenes content
• Coordinate with creators to source raw UGC, and flag solid organic content for the paid ads pipeline




• Build community comments, DMs, brand voice consistency across all touch points
• Write and edit copy in ELVN's voice: coded, understated, premium — no filler, no hype language
• Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, follower quality) and report weekly, tying content performance back to drop and campaign outcomes
• Collaborate with the performance marketing function on creative that's working organically, so it can be tested as paid
• Coordinate content involving Sakshi as the face of the brand scheduling, asset collection, and ensuring consistency with her existing content style.

What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years managing social for a D2C, fashion, or lifestyle brand (premium/luxury positioning a strong plus)
• A sharp eye for visual curation — you can look at a grid and know instantly what's off
• Strong copywriting instincts; comfortable writing tight, confident, non-try-hard copy
