Keus is India's leading luxury smart home automation and architectural lighting brand — and we're looking for our next Inside sales (Smart Home Experience Consultant) to be the first human face every prospective customer interacts with.

About the role
This isn't a telecalling or backend qualification role. You'll be the first salesperson in the customer's journey — engaging every inbound enquiry, understanding the customer's project and lifestyle, educating them on KEUS solutions, qualifying the opportunity, and converting that enquiry into a confirmed Experience Centre demonstration. Success here is measured by one thing: completed demos, not calls made.

What you'll do
• Respond to every inbound enquiry — from Digital Marketing, Website, WhatsApp, Phone Calls, Chatbot and Referrals — within the right response time frame, with every fresh lead dialled immediately as it hits the CRM
• Build trust through consultative conversations,



not scripts — understanding project stage, property size, timeline, decision-makers and aspirations
• Introduce customers to KEUS smart home automation and architectural lighting solutions, explaining lifestyle advantages over technical specs
• Qualify leads against KEUS criteria and maintain complete, accurate CRM records
• Position the Experience Centre as the most valuable next step, handle objections professionally, and schedule demos around customer availability
• Follow up relentlessly — confirmations, WhatsApp reminders, and follow-through until the visit happens
• Hand over qualified, well-documented customers to the Sales Consultant for a seamless close

What we're looking for
• 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, EdTech Counselling, Premium Real Estate, Luxury Retail, Automobile Sales, Hospitality, or other consultative B2C selling
