Bhaada – Move Cargo Easily is building a smarter and faster AI integrated cargo transportation platform connecting customers with local drivers for hassle-free goods movement.

Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and street-smart Marketing Associate who can help grow Bhaada by onboarding drivers and customers, handling social media promotion, and managing demand-supply operations on the platform.

Responsibilities
1. Onboard drivers and customers onto the Bhaada platform
2. Conduct field marketing and build local partnerships
3. Promote Bhaada across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social platforms
4. Coordinate with drivers to maintain demand-supply balance
5. Generate leads and improve customer engagement
6. Assist in campaigns, branding,



and community outreach

Requirements
1. Good communication and negotiation skills
2. Basic knowledge of social media marketing
3. Comfortable with field work and interacting with drivers/customers
4. Creative mindset with problem-solving ability
5. Hindi + English speaking preferred
6. Freshers with strong enthusiasm can apply

Bonus Skills
1.. Experience in marketing, sales, or logistics
2. Understanding of local transport market
