Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Milestone Management • Support the GM – Operations in preparing and maintaining project milestone sheets. • Track project progress against planned timelines and identify delays or deviations. • Follow up with respective engineers and project teams for milestone completion. • Maintain updated project trackers and provide regular status updates to the Operations GM. • Escalate project delays, resource constraints, material issues, and execution challenges. 2. Engineering Team Coordination • Coordinate with Junior Engineers, Senior Engineers, Project Managers, and other engineering personnel. • Monitor allocation and utilization of engineering resources across projects. • Follow up with engineers on daily tasks, project progress, and pending activities. • Ensure timely submission of required project reports and documentation. • Support the GM – Operations in resolving inter-project and inter-team coordination issues. 3. Workmen & Site Workforce Monitoring • Monitor workmen deployment and availability across project sites.
• Review daily workmen attendance and deployment reports. • Track manpower requirements against project schedules. • Coordinate with site engineers regarding manpower shortages, absenteeism, and productivity concerns. • Ensure proper reporting of daily workmen activities and work completed. 4. DPR & Project Reporting • Ensure timely preparation and submission of Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) from project sites. • Review DPRs for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with actual site progress. • Consolidate project-wise daily and weekly progress reports. • Maintain records of project achievements, pending activities, delays, and key issues. • Prepare MIS and management reports as required by the Operations GM. 5. Attendance & Discipline Monitoring • Monitor attendance of engineering personnel and project teams. • Coordinate with HR regarding attendance discrepancies and field deployment. • Track site presence
