Role Description The Travel Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves managing daily travel requests, arranging taxis and cabs for corporate and individual clients,
and coordinating employee and airport transfers through Eazy Go’s platform. The Travel Coordinator will handle booking confirmations, schedule changes, and special travel requirements, while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies. The role includes responding to customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong communication with drivers, operations teams, and clients to ensure on-time and safe travel experiences. The Travel Coordinator will also support route planning, monitor ongoing trips, and contribute to improving travel processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Solid Travel Coordination and Travel Management skills to oversee end-to-end trip planning and execution.
• Experience in handling Travel Arrangements, including bookings, rescheduling, and special requests.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage queries, resolve issues, and maintain a customer-first approach.
