What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Drive end-to-end business development and Core IT Sales activities
• Identify, qualify and acquire new clients across domestic and international markets
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking and other channels
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and requirement discovery to negotiation and closure
• Understand client requirements and present relevant IT solutions
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, Founders, Directors and key decision-makers
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and SOWs




• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to develop suitable solutions for clients
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM records
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and repeat business
• Consistently work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in Core IT Sales / IT Services Sales / Business Development
• Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition
• Strong understanding of the IT services and software development ecosystem
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills
• Experience handling domestic and/or international clients
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle
• Target-oriented and revenue-focused approach
• Hands-on experience with CRM and sales reporting

International market experience, particularly US, UK or UAE markets,
