Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Activation Intern to support the execution of offline marketing activations, events, branding initiatives, and marketing production. The role will involve extensive vendor coordination, negotiation, budgeting, printing and production management, along with on-ground event execution.

Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate with vendors, agencies, production partners, and event teams for marketing activations and events.
● Manage printing, branding, promotional materials, production, logistics, and event setups.
● Source vendors, obtain quotations, compare costs, and support vendor negotiations and commercial discussions.
● Maintain activation budgets, expense trackers, timelines, quotations, and MIS using MS Excel.
● Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Logistics to ensure timely execution.
● Follow up with vendors and stakeholders to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables are met.
● Support offline brand activations, events, conferences, CMEs, RTMs, and other marketing initiatives,



including on-ground execution.
● Assist in managing multiple activations simultaneously and resolving execution-related issues.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data tracking.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
● Basic understanding of event production, branding, printing, logistics, and marketing activations is an advantage.

Eligibility:
● Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in BMM, Mass Media, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
