Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Mawal. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations,



including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role involves supporting employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment across resort and adventure park teams. The individual will assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate HR records, and contributing to performance management and appraisal processes. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate closely with department heads on recruitment, training initiatives, and workforce planning to support business goals. The role requires regular interaction with staff at all levels to strengthen engagement, retention, and organizational culture in a agile hospitality setting.
