Hiten Techno is a Mumbai-based importer and distributor of specialty scientific and industrial lamps, serving customers across India for five decades. Our portfolio includes UV lamps, deuterium (D₂) lamps, UV curing lamps, laser lamps, airfield lamps, laboratory products, spectroscopy and chromatography consumables, and other specialty lighting solutions from established international manufacturers.

About the role

We are looking for a junior Technical Sales Executive to develop and support B2B customers across India. This is a field-based role for someone early in their sales career who is curious about technical products, enjoys meeting customers, and is comfortable travelling frequently. We will provide hands-on product and application training.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new B2B sales opportunities across relevant industries.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
• Recommend suitable specialty and industrial lamps and related products.
• Prepare quotations,



follow up on enquiries, and support opportunities through order closure.
• Build long-term customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Learn the applications and specifications of Hiten Techno’s product portfolio.
• Travel approximately 50–70% across India for customer visits, sales development, and industry events.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience with UV, D₂, or other specialty lamps—or with spectroscopy and chromatography consumables—is preferred.
• Candidates with sales experience in adjacent scientific, laboratory, electrical, lighting, or industrial products are also encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma required; a science background is preferred.
• Qualified communication skills
