Flowzo is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.
In this role, you will identify potential customers, connect with decision-makers, understand their business needs, qualify opportunities, and book qualified meetings for the senior sales team.
This prospect is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals with strong communication, convincing skills, and an interest in building a career in B2B SaaS sales.

Location: Chennai – Work from Office

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Identify potential customers and relevant decision-makers.
• Research companies and understand their business before reaching out.
• Connect with prospects through phone calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Start professional conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand the prospect’s business requirements, challenges, and current process.
• Explain Flowzo and its business benefits clearly and confidently.
• Ask relevant questions to identify genuine business opportunities.




• Qualify prospects based on need, interest, business fit, authority, and buying potential.
• Handle basic objections and create interest in the solution.
• Convince qualified prospects to attend a product meeting or demo.
• Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team.
• Confirm meetings and follow up to reduce cancellations and no-shows.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
• Re-engage old and inactive leads.
• Maintain accurate call, lead, follow-up, and meeting information in Flowzo CRM.
• Work closely with the senior sales team to generate new business opportunities.

Your Main Goal
Identify → Connect → Understand → Qualify → Convince → Book Qualified Meeting
This is primarily a prospecting, qualification, and meeting-booking role.
The senior sales team will handle detailed product demonstrations, commercial discussions, negotiations, and final closures.
