Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Visakhapatnam,



responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for medical imaging equipment and services. The role involves identifying relevant tenders, reviewing tender documents, coordinating with internal stakeholders for technical and commercial inputs, and preparing compliant, competitive proposals. The Tendering Specialist will liaise with procurement teams, government agencies, and private clients, ensuring timely submission of bids and maintaining accurate records of tender activities. Daily tasks include analyzing tender requirements, monitoring tender portals, supporting contract negotiation, and providing regular reports on tender status and outcomes. The role also supports process improvements and contributes to business development by tracking market trends and competitor offerings.
