About The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven leader to spearhead our Client Servicing and Business Development function. In the experiential and MICE ecosystem, business isn't built on cold emails—it is built on trust, long-standing corporate relationships, and the ability to turn a bold creative vision into a flawless event reality.

As our Head of Client Servicing & Business Development, you will play a dual, high-impact role. You will be the face of the agency to enterprise clients, leveraging your pre-existing corporate network to bring in current accounts while taking charge of client retention, account growth, and strategic campaign direction.

This is a high-upside role designed for an entrepreneurial leader who wants the autonomy of running a business unit, backed by a nimble, execution-focused production team that delivers top-tier corporate events,



MICE, and brand activations across India.

What You Will Do

• Business Development & Revenue Generation (The "Hunter")
• Leverage Your Network: Tap into your existing roster of corporate clients, brand managers, HR heads, and procurement teams across Mumbai and PAN-India to bring in new event mandates.
• Pitch & Win: Lead strategic client pitches, from understanding client briefs to presenting creative, budget-aligned experiential proposals.
• Revenue Ownership: Own the top-line growth target for the agency, driving revenue across MICE (incentive trips, offsites, conferences) and large-scale corporate events (product launches, town halls, gala nights).
• Incentive Earnings: Earn direct, lucrative commission on the top-line/bottom-line revenue generated through your accounts.
