Role Description The Event Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,
responsible for planning and executing events that support the CXO Ecosystem’s leadership, recognition, and community-building initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing venues and vendors, overseeing registration and attendee communications, and ensuring smooth on-site operations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align event themes with organizational goals, preparing event materials, and supporting speakers and partners before and during events. The Event Coordinator will also handle guest relations, respond to participant queries, assist with sponsorship and partner coordination, and contribute to post-event reporting and feedback collection.
