Role Description The Senior Executive Purchase role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kharagpur. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices and terms,



and finalizing purchase orders in line with company policies. The Senior Executive Purchase will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams, and ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and services. Responsibilities include vendor evaluation and development, maintaining accurate purchase records, tracking delivery schedules, and resolving discrepancies related to quality, quantity, or billing. The role also includes analyzing purchase data for cost optimization, supporting audits and compliance requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
