Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing technical support, and building strong customer relationships. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and service teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Provide technical support and expert advice to clients as per their requirements
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations




Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
Share customer feedback with the product development team for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements:B.E. in Mechanical / Chemical / Instrumentation or Diploma in Mechanical
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales / Sales Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing / Valve / Industrial Products
Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Willingness to travel for field sales
