In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our business needs and our technical solutions, specifically within the Insurance domain. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their vision and ensure that our software solutions deliver maximum value to the workforce and our global clients.
Responsibilities
• Lead the discovery process by facilitating workshops and interviews to gather comprehensive business requirements.
• Translate high-level business goals into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Act as a domain expert in Life Insurance and P&C; (Property & Casualty), providing insights that shape product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA specialists, to ensure technical designs align with business objectives.
