Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in sales and business development.
As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, connecting with prospects, understanding their requirements, and converting qualified prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make approximately 50–100 outbound calls per day to prospective leads..
• Identify and qualify potential clients through calls and other communication channels..
• Generate and follow up with recent business leads..
• Understand client requirements and explain our services clearly..
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients..
• Follow up with leads regularly and move qualified prospects through the sales process..
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversations,



and follow-ups..
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process..
• Work towards assigned sales and lead-conversion targets..
• Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities..

Requirements:
• Good verbal and written communication skills..
• Comfortable making 50–100 calls per day and speaking with prospective clients..
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills..
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach..
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools..
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team..
• Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply..
• Previous experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or lead generation is an advantage..
