As we expand our operations and market presence, we are looking for a Sales Engineer who can understand manufacturing challenges, engage with customers and connect business requirements with technology solutions.

About the Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building customer relationships and supporting the sales of manufacturing technology and digitalisation solutions.
This is a consultative and solution-oriented sales role. You will work with manufacturing companies to understand their processes and challenges,



identify opportunities and work with internal technology teams to develop appropriate solutions.
The role will involve interaction with customers across India and international markets, including Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
• Explore new markets and expand the company's customer base.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer manufacturing processes, requirements and pain points.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and site visits.
• Identify opportunities for MES, manufacturing software, digitalisation and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Work with internal technology and project teams to develop appropriate solution approaches.
• Prepare and support business proposals, presentations and commercial discussions.
