Lead Hardware Engineer for Inverter and Motor Control Systems, you will drive the design and development of advanced automotive power electronics hardware. With 6 - 10 years of senior/lead-level experience, you will serve as the primary technical interface for external stakeholders, ECU customer teams, and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary technical interface for external stakeholders, ECU customer teams, and functional teams to manage motor control, thermal, reliability, and software interfaces

• Lead requirement studies, define hardware architecture, and design/modify robust circuits for automotive power electronics products

• Develop and optimize motor control and inverter circuits, including gate drivers, DC-link capacitor sizing, power supply modules, and sensor interfaces

• Design advanced power electronics systems, including buck/boost converters, LDOs, power budgeting, thermal calculations, and thermal simulations
