Role Description This is a full-time, in office Assistant Team Lead role based in Edakkazhiyur,Chavakkad, Kerala, India. The Assistant Team Lead supports daily operations at the facility, ensuring that parcel handling, dispatch,



and inbound activities run smoothly and meet service-level targets. Responsibilities include supervising a team of associates, monitoring productivity and quality metrics, coordinating with transport, warehouse, and customer service teams, and helping resolve operational issues in real time. The role involves tracking shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting process improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and standard operating procedures. The Assistant Team Lead also assists with training new team members, workforce planning, and communicating performance expectations clearly and consistently.
