Role Description The Talent Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role focuses on managing relationships with influencers and content creators, including onboarding new talent, negotiating contracts,



and supporting their professional growth and brand collaborations. The Talent Manager will coordinate campaign deliverables, ensure timely and high-quality content, and act as the primary point of contact between creators and brand partners. Daily responsibilities include tracking campaign performance, maintaining creator portfolios, identifying new opportunities for partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to align talent strategies with client objectives. The role also involves staying current with social media trends, contributing to event planning for creator and brand activations, and helping build a strong, engaged creator community.
