Role Description The Continental Commi-2 is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting the kitchen team in preparing and cooking continental dishes to company standards. The role includes assisting in mise en place, basic cooking tasks, plating,



and ensuring consistent portioning and presentation. The Continental Commi-2 follows recipes and instructions from senior chefs, maintains high levels of kitchen hygiene and food safety, and helps with receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients. The position involves working within standard operating procedures, supporting service during peak hours, and collaborating with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations and timely order execution.
Qualifications
