Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Bakery skilled to join our food processing plant in Ambala. The candidate should have hands-on experience in bakery production and be comfortable working in a commercial or industrial food production environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and produce bakery products as per standardized recipes and production requirements.
• Handle dough preparation, mixing, shaping, baking, portioning, and finishing.
• Maintain consistency in product quality, taste, texture, and appearance.
• Follow daily production plans and meet production targets.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workstations,
and production areas.
• Follow company SOPs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams for smooth operations.
• Minimize wastage and ensure efficient utilization of ingredients.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant bakery experience preferred.
• Experience in a commercial bakery, food processing plant, or industrial bakery setup will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of bakery production processes and food hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Candidates with Frozen Food / RTE production exposure will be an added advantage.
