Role Description The HR Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing end-to-end human resources operations. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating workforce planning, and supporting performance management cycles. The role involves implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.



The HR Manager will address employee queries, support engagement and retention initiatives, facilitate training and development programs, and collaborate with leadership to reinforce a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This position requires close coordination with management and cross-functional teams to align HR practices with business objectives.
