We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Inside Sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective parents, understanding their requirements, explaining our therapy services, and converting leads into visits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective clients.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
* Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
* Schedule centre visits and drive conversions.
* Handle client objections and support the conversion journey.
* Maintain accurate lead updates and follow-ups in CRM.
* Work towards individual and team sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
* Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
* Target-oriented with a solid sense of ownership.
* Comfortable handling customer conversations over calls and WhatsApp.
