Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition (Fresher) role based in the Mohali district. The Talent Acquisition team member will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews,



and coordinating with hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, assisting in employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The individual will help prepare job postings, track recruitment metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices. Training and guidance will be provided to build skills in recruiting, interviewing, and stakeholder communication.
