We're hiring a Room Attendant for a boutique wellness retreat we manage: an 8-acre private hillside estate overlooking a lake. 21 individually designed stays (no two alike), a farm-to-table kitchen fed by our own organic garden, and service that is warm, personal and unhurried.
Pasban - The Gatekeeper is the next chapter from Akhil Anand, who scaled Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels into one of India's most respected boutique hospitality brands. We manage a growing portfolio of boutique, experiential hotels, each run on the same idea: small inventory, strong sense of place, real local food and unhurried service.
What you'll do
• Clean, service and set up guest rooms and bathrooms to the property's standards
• Provide turndown service and replenish linen, towels and guest amenities
• Report maintenance issues and handle lost-and-found promptly
• Keep corridors and public areas spotless
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests
Who we're looking for
• 1+ year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort (freshers with hotel management training will be considered)
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in a perfectly made room
• Polite, discreet manner with guests; basic English and Hindi
• Physically fit and comfortable on your feet through the shift
