*Job Description:*
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to support our bakers in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of baking and be able to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
*Responsibilities:*
- Assist bakers in preparation of dough, batters, fillings and baked goods
- Accurately follow recipes, measurements and instructions
- Help with weighing, mixing ingredients, and operating basic bakery equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area, utensils and workstation
- Assist in stocking, storing ingredients and inventory checks
- Help with packing and displaying bakery products
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
*Requirements:*
- Basic knowledge of baking and bakery ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
- Punctual, hardworking and honest
- Previous experience in a bakery/kitchen will be an advantage but not mandatory
