Role Description

We are hiring a Site Supervisor – Lightning Protection System & Earthing to manage the in office execution of LPS and earthing projects.

This is a field and project-oriented role with primary responsibility for the Installation, Testing & Commissioning (ITC) portion of projects.

The Site Supervisor will manage manpower, coordinate with clients and contractors, monitor project progress, handle site documentation and billing support,



and ensure successful completion and handover of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute Lightning Protection System and Earthing projects from site mobilization through completion.
• Manage teams of technicians, electricians, helpers, contractors, and other site personnel.
• Plan daily activities, allocate manpower, and monitor work progress against project timelines.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of LPS, earthing systems, down conductors, air termination systems, earth electrodes, bonding systems, conductors, clamps, testing points, and associated accessories.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, contractors, project managers, and internal technical teams.
• Attend site meetings and communicate progress, requirements, constraints,
