Role Description This full-time Hiring Telecaller Counselor BDE role is an on-site position based in Gwalior. The role involves sourcing and connecting with potential candidates through outbound and inbound calls, explaining job opportunities and training programs,



and guiding candidates through the hiring or enrollment process. The Hiring Telecaller Counselor BDE will maintain candidate databases, schedule and follow up on interviews, and coordinate with internal teams to meet hiring and business development targets. Daily responsibilities also include responding to candidate queries, providing counseling on career paths and relevant training, and supporting business development activities by engaging with corporate clients and institutions. The role requires consistent documentation, adherence to process, and a qualified, service-oriented approach in all interactions.
