We’re Hiring | Civil CAD Draftsman & Quantity Surveyor
AIM Project Management Pvt. Ltd., Thrissur, is looking for a Civil CAD Draftsman & Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
What we’re looking for:
• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Candidates with ITI and relevant practical experience can also apply
• Experience in AutoCAD, quantity estimation and BOQ preparation is preferred

Job responsibilities include:
• Preparing civil drawings using AutoCAD
• Quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
• Preparing estimates and material quantity statements
• Site measurements and checking contractor bills
• Rate analysis and comparative statements
• Maintaining drawings and project documentation




• Coordinating with site teams, consultants and contractors

Skills: AutoCAD, MS Excel, drawing reading and basic knowledge of civil construction.
