Cherry Bekaert is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead U.S. Partnership Tax engagements, focusing on Form 1065 compliance and review. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in partnership taxation, client management, and team leadership while collaborating with U.S.-based engagement teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review complex Form 1065 returns and associated workpapers.
• Manage partnership tax compliance engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Review K-1 allocations, partnership agreements, and book-to-tax adjustments.
• Research and resolve complex partnership tax issues.
• Coordinate with U.S. partners, managers, and client service teams.
• Coach, mentor, and develop tax professionals.
• Drive operational excellence, quality standards, and process improvements.

Qualifications:




• 10+ years of U.S. Partnership Tax experience.
• Strong expertise in Form 1065, K-1 reporting, and partnership taxation.
• Experience managing and reviewing complex tax engagements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• CA, CPA, EA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
