Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.



The role involves managing end-to-end operational activities related to education loan processing, including application verification, documentation checks, data entry, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely disbursements. The Operations Executive will monitor process adherence, track and resolve operational issues, and support the implementation of standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. This position requires regular interaction with sales teams, channel partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow, clear communication, and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role may also include maintaining MIS reports, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle loan processing, documentation, and workflow coordination effectively.
