Broad Function:

As a Fresher IT Executive, you will support day-to-day IT operations at the Noida location and help employees use their laptops, desktops, software, printers, and network connections effectively. You will work with the IT team to resolve routine issues and escalate problems that require specialist support.

The role includes device setup,



IT asset records, user onboarding and offboarding support, ticket tracking, and clear documentation. You will develop practical support skills while following approved procedures, access permissions, and information-security requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• End-user IT Support: Receive user queries, identify symptoms, perform basic troubleshooting, and communicate progress in explicit language.

• Laptop and Desktop Setup: Prepare and configure laptops and desktops, install approved software, check peripherals and connectivity, and verify readiness before handover.

• IT Asset Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, record asset assignments and returns, and coordinate stock checks and device movements.

• User Onboarding Support: Assist with device allocation, approved account and access requests, application setup, and employee IT orientation.
