We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales & Customer Service Executive with 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling, sales, and customer handling.
The role will primarily focus on abandoned cart and sales follow-ups, customer communication, CRM management, lead conversion, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with customers who have abandoned carts or shown purchase intent
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Convert leads and customer enquiries into successful orders
• Manage regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer records, conversations, and follow-up status in the CRM
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support
• Coordinate internally wherever required to resolve customer concerns
• Track conversions, follow-ups,



and customer interactions
• Use CRM, AI, and digital tools to improve productivity and customer communication

Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, inside sales, or customer service
• Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong calling, persuasion, and sales conversion skills
• Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities
• Comfortable working with CRM tools
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
• Well-versed with AI tools
• Target-oriented, organised, and proactive
• Ability to handle customers professionally and confidently
