Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, modeling processes, and proposing data-driven solutions to improve operations and system efficiency. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, a cooperative mindset, and effective communication skills to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Serve as a primary liaison between business users, product owners, technical teams, and QA.
• Build strong relationships across departments to foster trust, transparency, and collaboration.
• Facilitate regular requirements, sprint grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Proactively manage Product Owner expectations, communicate risks, and ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable requirements and ensure follow-through.




• Elicit and define requirements that align with both functional specifications and business objectives.
• Draft Feature documentation and User Stories, and plan to obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders.
• Define sprint scope and collaborate with the team to plan sprint goals and overall delivery timelines for the project.

Process Analysis and Improvement

• Gain end-to-end understanding of the application to derive requirements aligned with platform capabilities.
• Document current and future state business processes using flowcharts.
• Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks; propose data-driven improvements.
• Monitor process improvements post-implementation to measure their effectiveness and adjust as needed.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Act as a liaison between Product Owner, technical teams, QA, and project management.
