BPS Pre-Sales & Bid Management
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced BPS Pre-Sales & Bid Management professional with strong expertise in managing the end-to-end bid process, solution development, client engagement, and commercial modelling.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Business Process Services (BPS) pre-sales, including RFI/RFP responses, solution design, proposal development, stakeholder management, client presentations, and commercial modelling. The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into compelling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
• Manage the end-to-end sales bid process, including responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and other proposal requests.
• Develop and maintain standard proposal templates, bid repositories and business development databases for reference and reuse.
• Collaborate with BPS functional leads, sales, delivery, finance and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions and proposals.




• Understand client business requirements and translate them into effective BPS solutions, operating models and service propositions.
• Prepare compelling solution presentations, proposal documents and client-facing pitch decks.
• Develop commercial and pricing models in collaboration with the Finance and business teams.
• Participate in client meetings and discovery sessions to understand technical, functional and business requirements.
• Ensure all relevant information is captured and translated into a comprehensive solution and proposal.
• Support the sales team in developing differentiated value propositions and winning strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, emerging technologies, competitors and evolving BPS solutions.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
