Role Description The Management Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District. The individual in this role will support day-to-day coordination of projects and operational activities,



including scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, preparing status reports, and facilitating communication between internal teams and stakeholders to keep workstreams aligned. The Management Coordinator will assist in organizing meetings, supporting training initiatives, and addressing routine inquiries or service-related issues from internal and external partners. The role requires close collaboration with management and project leads to help streamline processes, resolve minor issues proactively, and contribute to efficient delivery of VFX projects.
