Business Development Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Business Development Intern who is enthusiastic about building a career in IT Business Development / Sales.

This opportunity is intended for candidates who are passionate about developing their skills in business development, client communication, lead generation and technology sales. It is not intended for candidates who are simply exploring different job options or are undecided about their career direction.

The internship will begin with a 1-month unpaid training period. Candidates who successfully complete the training period will be considered for a paid internship based on their performance and suitability for the role. Further, based on performance, consistency, learning ability and contribution during the internship, candidates may be considered for full-time employment.

Training & Career Progression

Stage 1 – 1-Month Unpaid Training

• Structured exposure to IT business development and sales activities.

• Learning about the company's products/services, target markets and sales process.





• Training in lead generation, prospecting, communication and client handling.

• Performance and learning evaluation throughout the training period.

Stage 2 – Paid Internship

• Candidates who successfully complete the training period may be offered a paid internship.

• Responsibilities will progressively increase based on the candidate's capabilities and performance.

• Continued evaluation will be based on learning, quality of work, consistency, ownership and contribution.

Stage 3 – Full-Time Opportunity

• Candidates demonstrating strong performance and suitability during the internship may be considered for full time employment.

• Full-time conversion will be based on individual performance and business requirements.
