? What You’ll Do
• Manage end-to-end Indirect Procurement & Purchase
• Handle MRO, Consumables, Plant & Engineering Services, IT, Packaging, Facility/Admin, Oils & Lubricants
• Vendor development, evaluation & relationship management
• Price negotiation, cost reduction & savings initiatives
• Contract management & procurement compliance
• Work closely with internal stakeholders/users to ensure timely execution
• Manage MIS,



spend analysis & budget control
• Drive process improvement, automation & digital procurement initiatives

? What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of hands-on Indirect Procurement experience
• Strong negotiation, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Vendor management & contract management experience
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP & procurement tools
• Exposure to multiple indirect procurement categories
• Hands-on, ground-level execution mindset with end-to-end ownership
• Comfortable taking challenges, solving problems and getting things done
• Automotive / Engineering / Gear Manufacturing experience – Mandatory

? Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree | Mechanical Engineering preferred
? CTC: As per market standards, skills & experience
