As a Sales Closer / Solution Consultant, you will understand the client's business, identify operational and process challenges, recommend appropriate Zoho and technology solutions, prepare and present proposals, and take qualified opportunities through to closure.

YOUR ROLE
• Meet business owners, CXOs, and senior decision-makers to understand their business model, workflows, challenges, and requirements.
• Understand and analyse existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Understand the client's As-Is processes and identify opportunities to design improved To-Be workflows.
• Translate business requirements into practical Zoho and technology-enabled solutions.
• Understand where configuration, automation, integration, or custom development may be required.
• Work closely with internal operations and technical teams to validate solution feasibi
