Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Export Sales Executive to develop international business and strengthen relationships with existing overseas clients. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new export opportunities, generating leads, coordinating with current customers, and supporting the complete export sales process.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of international sales and export procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new international sales leads through online research, trade platforms, exhibitions, databases, referrals, and other business development channels.
• Research and identify potential customers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, and retailers in international markets.
• Contact prospective clients through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients.




• Regularly coordinate with current customers regarding orders, product requirements, quotations, documentation, shipments, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and share quotations, price offers, product information, and other sales-related documents with prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads and quotations to convert prospects into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as production, procurement, quality, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
• Monitor the complete order cycle from enquiry to order confirmation, production, shipment, and payment follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, orders, customer communication, and sales activities.
