Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Social Media Marketing & Client Servicing professional will manage and grow clients’ social media presence by planning content calendars, creating and briefing content, coordinating with design and production teams, and monitoring platform performance. The role includes responding to audience interactions, tracking campaign metrics, preparing performance reports,
and recommending optimizations across channels. On the client servicing side, the individual will act as a primary point of contact for clients, manage day-to-day communication, understand client objectives, coordinate internal teams to deliver against briefs, and help ensure timely, high-quality output. The role also involves supporting proposal development, assisting with budgets and basic financial tracking for projects, and contributing ideas to improve both client satisfaction and brand outcomes.
