Role Description: The Interior Designer will work full time on-site at Insignia Spaces’ location in Delhi, India. This role involves developing design concepts, preparing space plans, and producing detailed drawings and specifications for residential and commercial projects.
Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their needs, selecting finishes and FF&E;, coordinating with architects and contractors,



and ensuring designs are executed according to plans and quality standards.
The Interior Designer will also prepare presentations, mood boards, and material boards, manage design documentation, and support project timelines and budgets in collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications:
• Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Architecture for developing cohesive design concepts and solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to optimize layouts for functionality, circulation, and user experience.
• Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings to produce accurate plans, sections, and details for project execution.
• Candidates should possess skills in FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and coordination to align aesthetics, quality, and budget.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office skills.
