We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with strong hands-on experience in Pega Constellation to join our team.

Certification: LSA Part 1&2 both mandatory

? Key Responsibilities

•Lead the architecture and design of complex Pega applications using Pega Constellation.
• Define scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to Pega development teams.
• Design and implement case management, workflows, integrations, and data models.
• Work closely with business, product, and technical stakeholders to define the right architecture.
• Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, guardrails, performance, security, and maintainability standards.




• Review technical designs and provide guidance on development and implementation.
• Support integration with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs and DX API.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and performance-related issues.

? Required Skills

• Strong experience in Pega Platform / PRPC. • Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation. • Strong understanding of Case Management and Pega architecture. • Experience with DX API / REST / SOAP integrations. • Good knowledge of data modeling, security, performance tuning, and application architecture. • Robust understanding of Pega development standards and best practices. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
