Role
As a Content Strategist & Content Producer, you'll be the working on AI video projects for some of the country's leading consumer brands. You'll take a brief from first insight to finished film: the idea, the script, the creative direction, and the quality bar behind all three.
1. Strategy & ideas
• Break down client briefs into a sharp insight, a transparent message, and a creative direction the team can rally behind.
• Research consumers, categories, and competitors to find the angle actually worth making.
• Develop film concepts, campaign ideas, and content pillars across hero, hub, and hygiene content.

2. Writing
• Write scripts, VO, supers, hooks, and on-screen copy for product promo films, concept films,



and social-first content - from 6s bumpers to long-form brand films.
• Write in English and Hindi/Hinglish, adapting tone for every brand and platform.
• Work within brand guidelines and claim rules - approved language, product handling, disclaimers - without losing the idea.

3. Creative direction & production
• Brief AI artists, designers, and editors on mood, look, characters, pacing, and music - clearly enough that nobody has to come back and ask.
• Review every output - frames, cuts, VO, edits - give specific feedback, and know when something isn't ready to go out.
• Plan variants and adaptations (durations, formats, languages, platforms) from one core idea.

4. Clients & the learning loop
• Present scripts and concepts to clients, and work with the account team through feedback rounds.
• Use performance learnings (hook rate, watch time, CTR) to sharpen the next round of content.
